No Refunds or Returns

Please note that because our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Each notebook is produced based on your specific instructions, making it unique and unable to be resold or reused.

Order Accuracy

Before submitting your order, please review all customization details carefully, including text, images, colors, and design elements. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 1–2 business days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
